PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND.

We are able to deliver to the UK mainland only; regrettably we are unable to deliver to Ireland and the Channel Islands. The following post codes in Scotland may incur additional delivery charges depending on your order and which courier we have to use: AB31-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, HS, IM1-9, IV1, IV3-56, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH9, and PH15-44.

•We can arrange to deliver to any UK port for collection. Please contact us for more information.
•We endeavor to deliver all items as quickly as possible. (Custom made size will take longer to deliver).
•If you have ordered more than one item, these may be delivered separately as they could be dispatched from different warehouses. We can however arrange delivery for all items to be delivered the same day please call to arrange this.
•We can deliver your order to your work address, Please fill in the Shipping address that you would like your parcel delivered to when you enter your payment details.
•Please let us know by telephone, or email if you have a specific date that you would like to receive your order and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

All items over £75.00 have FREE delivery.

While we provide guidelines for how long delivery takes, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery times. During holiday periods such as Christmas lead times maybe extended slightly as some suppliers have shutdown periods. Some items are self assembly. Multiple orders receiving free delivery will be delivered in one drop, split date deliveries will be charged accordingly.

Your goods will be delivered to your door by courier. Goods will not be left at any unattended premises as they must be signed for at the specified delivery address and cannot be left with unauthorised third parties without prior arrangement. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery the goods will be returned to the nearest depot and a second attempt will be made to deliver the following day (or at the courier's discretion) if more convenient you can collect this yourself. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts it will be the customers responsibility and expense to collect the goods from the appropriate depot. If they remain uncollected the goods will be returned to the factory and a charge will be levied for a second delivery. We cannot be held directly responsible for any delays caused by our delivery couriers once goods have been despatched.

Next Day Delivery Items
Selected products are available for “next day” delivery. Our next day delivery service operates from Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays, between the hours of 7.00am - 6.00pm. Please note that if you order a next day delivery bed or mattress it will be delivered by a one man carrier service to your door. This means the courier will only deliver your item to the front door of the designated delivery address. Please note that if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver is only contracted to deliver to the lobby of the building only. Some next day items may be available for a Saturday delivery, or an AM delivery at an extra surcharge please call either 08009150998 or 07970448818 for further information.

Delivery of Foam, Foam Cushions & Pillows
You will be given an approximate delivery date and should expect your delivery within 4 - 7 days of your order.
