Simply send us your cushion covers, let our expert hands measure them and we’ll get back in touch with you with a quote. We don’t charge extra for measuring for you and we won’t go ahead with any upholstery foam cushion refills without your consent to the quote. Rest assured that we treat all cushion covers just like our own- we know they mean a lot to you.

How to send us your sofa and chair cushion covers

Print off our Foam Cushion Quote / Cushion Order Form If unable to print this form, please include your name, address, telephone number and email address when sending your cushion covers to us. Complete the form stating what type of foam you require. If you would like help with your choice read about our foams or simply tell us on the form that you require advice. Remove the old existing filling from your cushion covers and label each cushion indicating if it is a seat or a back cushion from your sofa or chair. You can use a sticker or sellotape and paper to do this. Package your covers carefully ready for posting. We recommend a large jiffy style bag or box. Be sure to enclose £7.00 to cover the return postage if you decide not to go ahead with the up new foam cushions. This can be paid by cheque, debit or credit card. Post your covers to us at Comfort Solutions, Spindles, 29 Lowe Hill Road, Wem, Shropshire, SY4 5UA As soon as we receive your covers we will let you know for your piece of mind. The experts will then measure your sofa or chair cushion covers and contact you with foam recommendations and a quote.

We recommend Parcelforce for sending your sofa and chair cushion covers to us. You can arrange the pickup of your cushion covers from home or work directly to us for safe recorded delivery.

If using Royal Mail we advise you to use recorded delivery.
