“Thank you so much for the prompt delivery of my mattress overlay. I have suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis for 22 years. The pain is always worst during the 'wee small hours' of the morning. As a result of this my sleep has been nothing short of abysmal.
I have heard that your quality of sleep can be affected by the amount of tossing and turning you do during the night. Having RA means that you toss and turn constantly due to the pain.
When using my mattress the first thing I noticed was a measurable reduction in both pain and tossing and turning WOW !! This has in turn led to a gradual improvement in the quality of my sleep. The more I use it the better my sleep gets.
