Comfort Solutions will only collect information from you needed to process your order and help us provide you with the best possible service.
We will not collect information from you that is not relevant to your order. We will never sell your information on to any data base company or marketing house.
Comfort Solutions abide by and in accordance with the data protection act 1998. You will be given the choice to refuse any marketing material either via email or through the post in the future.

Prices
All the prices for our products include VAT.
None of the products on this web site are exclusively designed for disabled persons only. Therefore legally they do not qualify for VAT exemption. We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Delivery
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50.00. Mattresses and overlays due to logistics can only be delivered to mainland, England, Wales, and Scotland. All other areas will have an additional carriage charge. Please telephone for details.( deliveries to Scotland may take longer than other areas of the UK) We can arrange delivery to any UK port for your collection if needed.
Goods will not be left at any unattended premises/addresses.
Goods must be signed for at the specified delivery address and cannot be left with unauthorised third parties without prior arrangement.
In the case of unsuccessful delivery the goods will be returned to the nearest depot and a second attempt will be made to deliver the following day (or at the courier's discretion).
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts the onus and expense to collect the goods will be upon the customer. If they are not collected the goods will be returned to us and we will then have to make a charge for a second delivery. If you no longer require the item we will refund you less the original delivery cost that we paid to send the item to you. This cost will vary as delivery costs differ depending on the size and weight of the goods.
It states clearly at the checkout page that we can only deliver goods to the UK. Orders received for delivery outside UK will be refunded less 10% administration charge.
Missing goods and goods damaged in transit
Any claim must be notified to comfort solutions within 24 hours from receipt of goods. After this period all claims will become void.
Upon Comfort Solutions receiving confirmation from the courier that the goods are missing or lost, we will dispatch replacement items.
Cancellations
Only cancellations received before the goods are dispatched will be accepted.

The information that we have provided on this website is given to you in good faith based on product information supplied to us by the manufacturers of the products we sell and is for interest and information only. It is subject to change without notice. Comfort Solutions is not responsible for any inaccuracies and make no guarantees as to its accuracy.
All the information on the site is given in good faith and cannot be relied on or constitute any form of medical advice or recommendation. For example we cannot guarantee that any of our products will help with any back complaints or medical conditions.
We cannot guarantee that your purchase will be suitable for the purpose that you intend to use it for and whether you as an individual find it suitable for your requirements.
Every individual is different and we cannot guarantee that the products we sell will be suitable for everyone. A very small percentage of people experience night sweets on foam mattresses. We cannot guarantee or products against this.

Unauthorised use of this web site and its content or graphics may give rise to a claim for damages.

Guarantees
Comfort Solutions offer a range of guarantees according to the nature of the product that you have ordered.
All our products carry manufacturing warranties against defects and faulty workmanship.
Pillows = 3 years
Overlays / toppers = 5 years
Mattresses = please see individual mattresses for details
Foam cushions = 2 years
These guarantees are in addition to, and do not affect your statutory rights under the sale of goods act 1979. All guarantees are protection against manufacturing faults. We cannot guarantee that you will be comfortable on your purchase for the length on the manufacturers guarantee.
Customer Complaints
Although we are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase should you have any complaints at all then please write to:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it in writing.
All complaints will be looked at on an individual basis and dealt with fairly, and as quickly as possible. Your complaint does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 14 days providing they are unused, and in their original packaging for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return carriage cost. Vacuum packed products cannot be returned once they have been removed from their original packaging.
Comfort Solutions cannot accept returns of foam which has been cut to your requirements i.e.; cushions, special order mattresses made to your size, unless we have supplied you with the wrong size. Please check that you have ordered the correct size and grade for you requirements.
