Can also be tumble dried on a low setting, and removed once the cycle has finished (if left in the bottom of the tumble drier in a hot drum this may cause some damage to the protector) only 'Allergon' is the best mattress protector we have seen on the market.The upper surface is a soft absorbent 100% cotton terry towelling, the reverse is a breathable, waterproof polyurethane membrane.
