How to Order

Send your covers to us for refilling and let us do the work!
Print off and carefully complete the quotation / order form. Please label seat or back cushions accordingly.

Taking the old fillings out of your covers:

For Zipped Cushions
If your cushions have a zip at the back you will need to undo this carefully, taking care not to catch the fillings inside. When removing the old cushion interiors please try not to put too much pressure on the zip.

For Cushions Without Zips
There may be no zip. If this is the case look carefully at the seams at the back of the cushion. One seam will have been sewn by hand. Carefully un-pick this seam taking care not to cut through any machine sewing or covering fabric.

For Cushions With Buttons
If your cushions have buttons it is important to contact us before you remove them. Some buttons cannot be refitted once they have been removed. The following "hook" or "wire loop" can be replaced. For any other button fastening design contact us before removing your buttons.

Please ensure that you have enclosed all the buttons along with your cushion covers.


After removing your cushion covers, wrap them securely, large "Jiffy" type bags are ideal or a small cardboard box, and send them to us.
