Sending Your Cushion Covers For New Seat Foam or Back Foam

If you would prefer us to take care of the measuring to ensure a correct fit and fill your cover with new foam, we will need your cushion covers sending to us. We do not charge any extra for this service. It is also preferable to send your covers to us if your covers are shaped for example 'T' shaped, 'L' shaped or perhaps a back cushion that fits over the arm of your sofa or chair.

Step 1.

Please print off the 'Foam Cushion Quote / Cushion Order Form' Complete the form indicating the foam of your choice. If you are unsure which foam to choose, do not worry we are able to help with your decision. (Please indicate if you would like advice on the quote form). When we receive your covers we will measure them. The choice of foam is sometimes dependent on the border depth of your covers, however we will contact you and talk through with you the foam we recommend and give you a quote. Please enclose £7.00 (payable either by cheque, debit or credit card. This is to cover return postage should you decide not to go ahead with an order.)

If unable to print form please enclose your name, address, telephone number and email address with your covers.

Step 2.

Remove the old filling(s) out of your cushion cover(s) trying not to put too much pressure on the zip Please indicate seat or back cushions accordingly e.g. label these using a piece of paper and sellotape

Step 3.

Wrap the covers securely either in a large “Jiffy” type padded bag or a small cardboard box
