I have attached a before and after picture of the largest sofa. Hope they are ok. The new ones, not only look great, but are also much more comfortable. Not sure what I'll do for exercise now all that plumping has been done away with and my wife is looking forward to not being able to sit without ending up with backache.... Amazing!

Comfort Solutions provided me with new foam fillings for the seat cushions of my sofa.
The result was just what anyone would want - the sofa took on a whole new lease of life and the service and advice was exceptional whilst the price was extremely reasonable. I would firstly recommend to anyone that instead of discarding a sofa because the cushions sag, they should get the filling replaces, and secondly recommend that they use Comfort solutions.

Our sofa was less than a year old and the cushions had gone flat. We contacted Homebase customer services were advised what to do, sent off the literature (our original receipt, your letter and a letter I composed stating what had happened)- we were then contacted last week to confirm who we had spoken to in customer sales and at what time (which thankfully we had kept a record of this) and result a cheque is on its way!! I think it’s a great result and I'm glad we tried!! Hope this helps others.

I am now going back to Jo to buy a topper for my guest bed because the personal service and quality of goods is second to non. My Mums Sofa was like sitting on bone. I hate putting things in a landfill and spending money to do so, above all I hate taking my mother shopping... So then thinking of our needs, looking at lots of Internet sites but not being able to explain our wants. We took great comfort being able to discuss with some one, what we wanted, finding a great solution to sofa problem. I decided to re-fill our ragged looking cushions with new luxury medium soft foam and I am very happy I did.  I sent away our covers while the wife and kids were away and it was a great surprise for the family on their return. The couch with the new cushions is now well used and everyone is reluctant to use the one with the old style stuffing. The only downside is that I never get to use them, as even the cats prefer the new cushions. I'm relegated to the other sofa, I am not sure how much longer I can wait before sending them in for re-filling. Also the estimate tool is very important. I really do not like to email just to get an estimate. I prefer an instant answer to this sort of thing.
