Delivery of Mattresses

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER  ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF THE UK.

We can deliver mattresses to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland. (Some Scottish deliveries may take a few days longer due to logistics)

There will be an extra charge for deliveries in the Highlands of Scotland. You will be informed of the extra cost involved before your order is confirmed.

  • We can arrange to deliver rolled and compressed mattresses to any UK port for collection. Please contact us for information.
  • You will be contacted with an acknowledgement of your order, and your invoice and receipt will be posted or e-mailed to you.

You should expect your delivery within the delivery time specified for the product you have ordered, providing that the item is in stock. (Except bespoke sizes and where a longer delivery time is stated.)

Delivery of Bed Bases

Delivery of bed bases will be made within the time scale specified against the product you have ordered providing that the item is in stock. Please note that if you have ordered additional items to go with your bed base these items may be delivered separately as they could be dispatched from different warehouses. We can however arrange delivery for the same day.

  • Goods will not be left at any unattended premises/addresses.
    Goods must be signed for at the specified delivery address and cannot be left with unauthorised third parties without prior arrangement.
  • In the case of unsuccessful delivery the goods will be returned to the nearest depot and a second attempt will be made to deliver the following day (or at the courier's discretion).
  • After two unsuccessful delivery attempts the onus and expense to collect the goods will be upon the customer. If they are not collected the goods will be returned to us and we will then have to make a charge for a second delivery.
    Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for your delivery upon its arrival.
  • Mattresses are delivered to your door by our delivery team or by courier service, depending upon your order. We regret that we can't give accurate delivery times or dates, however we will try to on a specified day if possible.
  • If you would like delivery before 11am, or a Saturday delivery please contact us on 0800 915 0998 (an additional charge will be made for this service).

Before 11am delivery (next day if ordered by 12.00 noon) £29 (rolled mattresses only)
Saturday delivery £25 (rolled and compressed  mattresses only)

  • We can deliver your order to your work address, Please fill in the Shipping address that you would like your parcel delivered to when you enter your payment details.
  • Please let us know by telephone if you have a specific date that you would like to receive your order and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Delivery of Overlays

You will be contacted with an acknowledgement of your order.

You should expect your delivery within the time scale specified against the product you have ordered.

Your overlay will be despatched by a 24hr courier service.

Delivery of Foam, Foam Cushions & Pillows

You will be given an approximate delivery date and should expect your delivery within 5 –14 days of your order.

Your order will be despatched by a 24hr courier service. Should the need arise to trace your delivery we will provide you with the tracking reference number, for you to contact the courier direct.
