Customer satisfaction has always been the key to the company's continued growth since 1997. Since incorporation in 2000 its steady growth has led to an expansion program which includes the 4th generation website that you are now viewing.
The company is privately owned and still managed by its two female Company Directors.
Jo Macdonald (company director) says:
"We have always recognised that without our customers the business would not exist. Many companies have lost sight of this fact as they have grown with disastrous consequences. We know that if we don't impress our customers we will loose them forever. That is why the company continues to operate an unbeatable customer relationship strategy.
I suffered a back injury many years ago, and started to sleep on a memory foam mattress when they were first introduced into the UK. The relief I experienced inspired me to help others with back problems. I am more than happy to talk through which mattress or overlay would be suitable for any potential customers needing relief."
